1959 : Creation of the VVF Association (Villages Vacances Famille)
1997 : VVF is transformed into SA and becomes VVF Vacances which manages around a hundred holiday villages.
2001 - 2002 : Group restructuring and separation of around sixty sites under associative banner.
2006 : Acto Finama Groupama acquires a stake in VVF Vacances, which has around fifty sites..
2008 : VVF Vacances changes its name and creates the Belambra Clubs brand.
2008 - 2013 : renovation programme for all 58 sites. Cost of investments €350 million.
2014 : Entry of the Caravelle family group capital.
December 2016: Frédéric Le Guen is appointed CEO of Belambra Clubs, the Caravelle Group becomes the sole shareholder.
A turnover of €192m in 2018 in more than 50 clubs accommodating 500,000 customers a year with 3,500 employees at peak activity.
In the winter of 2017, the Belambra Clubs park expanded with 4 Belambra Selection Clubs in prestigious ski destinations: Tignes - La Plagne - Arc 1600 - Morzine.
Winter 2018: Opening of Belambra Sélection Club in Avoriaz.
Winter 2019: Opening of Belambra Sélection Club in Avoriaz.
Winter 2020: Opening of two new Belambra Sélection clubs in the Alps: Les Ménuires and Les Deux Alpes 1800.
In summer 2018, Belambra Clubs expanded with a brand new Sélection club in a very popular destination: the Giens peninsula, facing the Ile de Porquerolles.
In summer 2021, a brand new Belambra Sélection Club will open in Grau du Roi Port Camargue.
